Please download and read the 2020 Parade Rules and Regulations before submitting your parade application. Applications can be submitted via postal mail or via the form below. All applications and entry payments must be submitted or postmarked by May 1, 2020. Entries will be notified by May 7 if your application has not been accepted.

Entrant agrees to read and obey all parade rules in the rules and regulations. Entrant holds harmless Czech Heritage Foundation, Czech Village Association and the City of Cedar Rapids and their representatives for all liability while participating in the parade. By participating in this event you and all of the persons in your entry, specifically acknowledge the receipt of the rules and agree to be bound by them. We will notify you of your entry's position in the parade, and we will provide you with an identifying number that must be prominently displayed when you arrive on the parade date. You will need to provide your own signage identifying your group.
